Our bookkeeping services are provided on a flat fee, monthly basis. This means you have predictability around pricing and the services you'll be receiving. It also means you can ask questions throughout the month without worrying about a surprise hourly bill.
Velura’s monthly memberships are designed for business owners who want consistent, expert financial support. This means monthly numbers, and no year end rush during tax season. Our Memberships are built to grow with you, offering structure, clarity, and confidence as your business scales.
We offer ad hoc hourly work ($150/hour) for people coming on as monthly clients who might need some additional cleanup or retroactive bookkeeping. If this is you, please reach out to see if we have availability!

Starter Plan

The starter plan is perfect for people who want to understand how their business is doing on a monthly basis, and have everything they need to file taxes done by January. It includes:
- Categorizing transactions
- Reconciling all business bank accounts
- POS sales journals and integrations
- Payroll integrations
- Monthly adjusting entries
- Basic monthly reporting
- Someone to ask questions to throughout the month!
Pricing starts at $395/month dependent on volume of transactions and number of bank/credit card accounts.
The growth plan is for clients who want a deeper dive into how their business is doing, maybe you’re planning for growth, trying to boost revenue, or just want a more in-depth look:
- Everything in the basic bookkeeping package
- Customized monthly management reports which can answer questions like:
-- Can I hire a new person? How much can I pay them?
-- Are my services priced correctly? What are my margins?
-- Am I doing better than I did last year? Last month? When am I most profitable?
-- How much can I pay myself? I'd love a raise!
Pricing starts at $695/month dependent on volume of transactions and number of bank/credit card accounts, and any additional add ons such as payroll, bill pay, or sales tax filings.
The premium plan is best suited for clients who want a business partner to brainstorm things and want the opportunity to have focused discussions on certain aspects or growth points of their business:
- Everything in the basic bookkeeping package
- Everything in the growth bookkeeping package
- A monthly management meeting via zoom where we go over your numbers and any other items, and we follow up with the deliverables discussed.
